Corporate Retreats and Event Spaces in Cornwall
Not every gathering is a celebration in the traditional sense, and The Nare welcomes corporate guests just as warmly. Set on the Roseland Heritage Coast, away from the usual conference rooms and city noise, it offers something different: a place where the work still gets done, but somehow feels lighter for the setting.
The Gatehouse
Just across the road from the hotel, The Gatehouse is a private meeting space for up to 18 guests, ideal for board meetings, strategy sessions and management retreats, with the option to stay overnight and make more of the time away.
Set up in a boardroom style, it features a large meeting table, comfortable leather chairs, an extra-large high-definition TV screen, conference phone facilities and fast, secure Wi-Fi.
With views towards Nare Head, direct beach access and full use of the hotel's facilities, The Gatehouse offers a productive setting in a distinctly coastal location. Ample on-site parking is available, and private chauffeur transfers can be arranged from local railway stations and airports.
Please note that The Gatehouse is accessed via two flights of stairs. To discuss accessibility requirements, please contact the Reservations Team.
Entirely bespoke
The Nare does not offer a fixed corporate package because no two groups are quite the same. Instead, every stay is built around what each team actually needs, whether that's a single day of meetings or a multi-day retreat combining work and downtime. Options can include:
- Exclusive use of the Gatehouse as private meeting and conference space
- Overnight accommodation at The Nare
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner, including dining in The Quarterdeck Restaurant
- Use of the hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool
- Walks, beach time and sea swimming
- Team-building activities and tailored itineraries
